We store what you type into the app: the athlete profile (name, school, events, times, grades, test scores), questions and answers, videos you link, colleges you track, coach names and contact details, the letters you draft, and any documents you upload. It is kept in your family space and only people you invite can see it.
If you connect your Gmail, we use it for one thing: sending an email you wrote and approved, from your own address. We do not read your inbox, we do not scan or store your messages, and we never send anything without you pressing send. You can disconnect Gmail at any time in Settings, and you can also send with "Open in Gmail" instead of connecting at all.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or other companies. We use trusted service providers to host the app, store your files, and deliver the email you send — nothing more. We never share information with anyone for their own use.
Open Settings and use "Delete my account." That removes your family space: profile, questions, colleges, coaches, letters, and uploaded files. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
The app is built for high school athletes and their parents. We do not ask for a Social Security number or date of birth, and you should not put them in the app.
